Food Bank for the Heartland could not operate without the support of our volunteers. There are many ways for people to get involved and make a difference in the lives of people in our community who are hungry.

Volunteer opportunities at the Food Bank are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
by appointment only. You will receive an email from Sarah Grobbelaar, Director of Talent, confirming the date and time for your volunteer work. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult if they wish to volunteer. For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age may not volunteer at the Food Bank.
